FlexHARRP


The new MUSIC FlexHARRP is a 5Mbit (65,536 entries of 80bit CAM organization) single chip High performance Asynchronous data Recognition and Recall Processor. 12ns compare cycle time and total power consumption continuous compares at full speed less than 3 watts. It's the industry's lowest power high density CAM. It is also available in 1.25Mbit and 2.5Mbit density. FlexHARRP has feature rich instruction set enabling multitude of applications. It has a full ternary search operation without limiting I/O size or timing. It is capable of full IPV6 lookups in 4 cycles.
